It's that time of year again! The year seems like it flew by.
This year seemed like a happier year than last year. With the pandemic behind us we enjoyed getting back together as a club. It was even more fun getting together for a few events. In May, we held our Annual Club Picnic at Washington Township Park in Sewell, N.J. In June, members participated in the Smithville Village Car Show put on by the Atlantic City Corvette Club. In July, the Dennery's held their Annual Picnic at their home in Gloucester City and in October we visited the InfoAge Science & History Center in Wall, N.J. Every event was great!
I would like to thank our Treasurer Mike Berry, Dawn and John Dennery and our Secretary Maureen Humphreys for their time putting these events together. I'm looking forward to the new year, so let's make it an exciting year and support the new club officers that will sit on the 2023 board.
On November 13th, we held our November meeting at the Bordentown Community Center. This was our Pizza/Video night. Mike Berry put together some "never seen" pictures of past club events and members. We also brought out the club picture albums for everyone to enjoy. Warren Jablonski ordered the pizza and Tom Merring pitched in to pick the pizza up. Al always has the sodas on ice, coffee, and cookies ready when we arrive! A
big thank you goes out to each of them.
On December 11th, we will hold the
Annual Christmas Dinner Party/Meeting
and final Board Elections. This is one of
the most fun meetings of the year to
attend. Please contact Maureen at (856-
217-6355) and let her know what
favorite dish you would like to offer so
she can make this Christmas feast the
best! This will help avoid doubles so we
can have a good spread.
At the November meeting, we placed a
limit of $20.00 for the Secret Santa Gift.
Lydia Schmit will be directing her right/
left game. So please bring a gift so you
can sit in on the game and win a gift!
I am looking forward to seeing more
of you this month, so please come out
and vote in your new board!
