This is my favorite time of year! The weather is getting cooler and the best time to get out in your garage and start working on that project you have been putting off! Let's get her done!!!
I've started fitting the new quarter sections from Classic Industries on the 60 project for Maureen. A little trimming, a nip and tuck here and there, I can tell you that the fit is ok for reproduction quarter sections. I'll fill you in on more next month.
I am happy to say, we are back in the Bordentown Community Center for our fall and winter meetings. Our September Meeting went well. As promised, Maureen made us hot cheese dip, salsa and chips along with mini cupcakes. Al supplied cold drinks, coffee and cookies. I hope to see more members at the next meeting on October 10th.
There are two important items that were discussed at our September Meeting:
1. To lessen the snail mail of the newsletter
2. Making a change for the members due dates.
More information is in this newsletter that explains it all. This information will be publicized in the next two newsletters. Please read the information on page 5 and plan on attending one of the next two meetings with your input. We will have a vote on this at the December meeting. Remember, this is your
club and your input is important to
us!
The October 10th meeting will be
the first round of nominations for our
2022 board members. If you would
like to throw your name or someone
else's name in the hat, then please
come to this meeting.
